Dr. Wong received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009. She then graduated with honors from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University in 2014. She also completed her clinical training at the Southeast Tucson VA, San Diego naval base, and Optometric Center of Los Angeles. After receiving her doctorate, she completed her residency at the West Los Angeles VA Hospital with an emphasis on ocular and systemic disease. While there, she received advanced training on specialty contact lenses for hard-to-fit irregular corneas like keratoconus and post-surgical corneas as well as low vision.
Dr. Wong has a special interest in dry eye disease management. She understands how dry eyes can impact a person’s quality of life and strives to find solutions for her patients. Currently, Dr. Wong works part-time at EOC and at the hospital. In her spare time, Dr. Wong enjoys playing basketball, traveling, photography, and spending time with her family and friends.
